Arup will invite Macau Gov department, Univ of Macau etc to this seminar, I suggest we invite Prof. Yang (PV expert) to join, on behalf of APEMEM, to introduce PV solar energy.

I will try to ask Arup to sponsor the cost. Linking with Arup, we may ask for sponsorship in future seminars and cooperation with them.
